MONDAYS: Book Study Group: Seeking the Heart of Wisdom by Joseph Goldstein and Jack Kornfield

Location: Friends Meeting House, Hanover, NH

Monday evenings beginning at 6 pm (following the regular 5:30 sitting)

This is a peer-led group where we sit together for a half hour, followed by book and dharma discussion. See note below about purchase of the book we are currently discussing.

NEW: Doreen will be attending this group every six weeks beginning on Feb 22.

SEEKING THE HEART OF WISDOM offers a clear explanation of the meditation instructions and exercises given on retreats, and is divided into three parts: Understanding Practice, Training the Heart and Mind and the Growth of Wisdom. Most chapters have exercises at the end for practice. We are currently reading the first section and chapters with dates are below:
