2nd Sundays: Meditation and Dhamma Talk

Second Sunday of every month

 

All are welcome to join us for our regularly scheduled Sunday sittings that take place monthly.

The time together consists of taking the Refuges and Precepts, sitting and walking meditation, and a talk on Dhamma by Doreen Schweizer.

Please plan to bring whatever sitting supports you may need. There are plenty of chairs at the Gallery if you need one.
